How to Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to view delivery updates, when tracking is available.

To check your order status:

1. Open your shipping confirmation email

2. Click the tracking link provided

3. View the latest available updates from your shipping carrier

Haven't Received Tracking Information?

Tracking information may not be available immediately after your order is placed.

Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing. Once your package has shipped, tracking details will be sent to your email address when available.

Multiple Packages

If you've ordered several items, your cabinet hardware may arrive in separate shipments. Each shipment may have its own tracking information and delivery date.
